Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Use of the service
Use Mosky CS for its intended purpose: learning, training and managing your or your organization's certification records.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, or misuse certificates.
Certificates
Mosky CS certificates are issued based on completion of the relevant program. They can be independently verified and may be revoked if obtained fraudulently.
Organizations
If you access Mosky CS through a company or insurance partner, additional terms agreed between Mosky CS and that organization may apply to your use.
Liability
Mosky CS provides training and certification tools. It does not replace official licensing or legal requirements set by authorities.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
